What is a Homework Club?
A Homework Club is a place where students can receive free support and assistance to complete their homework outside school hours. They can also then be provided with other work to improve their skills and engage in educational games with tutors.
Many homework clubs are located in premises outside schools to foster a different atmosphere to that within schools. They are run by a coordinator and our tutors are all volunteers. After school, students bring their homework and are assisted with it, or are provided with other work to help them develop their skills. Each Club has a different focus. Participants in our homework clubs range from primary students through to VCE students.
